This article helps you connect your domain to your website in Plesk so visitors can access your site using your domain name.
Below are the DNS records you need to add in your domain’s DNS settings so your domain points to your website.
| Name / Host / Alias | Record Type | IP Address |

NOTE. You can leave the Name / Host / Alias field empty if your DNS host automatically applies the record to your main domain. Some DNS hosts may require using @ to represent the main domain.
DNS zone specific instructions
The steps to add or edit the A records for your Plesk website depend on the DNS zone you are using. Please follow the instructions for your DNS zone:
- Account Manager DNS
- Plesk DNS (by default, this is already configured for Plesk website)
NOTE. To find out where your DNS zone is found, read Crazy Domains DNS guide.
General instructions
If your DNS is hosted with another provider, follow these general setup instructions:
- Go to the DNS settings of your domain.
- Find the existing A record for your domain (both with and without www).
