Build custom emails with Titan Email Designer

The Email Designer lets you create reusable email templates by customising pre-designed layouts with your own text, images, colours, and branding.

This article explains how to use Email Designer in Titan to create and customise email templates. You'll learn how to access the Email Designer, edit a template, and insert it into your email.

Access Email Designer

You can access the Email Designer using either of the methods below.

From the App Switcher
1. In the top-left corner of Titan Webmail, click the App Switcher icon.
2. Scroll down in the App Switcher and select Email Designer.
From the Composer.
1. Open the Composer window and click the Designer tab.

Access Titan email templates

When you open the Email Designer, you can choose a template from the Templates Gallery or open one of your saved templates.

To preview a template before using it, click Preview to see how it appears on desktop and mobile devices.
If you have existing saved templates, opening Email Designer will directly take you to the Saved templates section.

Manage saved templates

Select saved templates to manage the following features:

Insert in composer
Edit template
Preview
Rename
Duplicate
Delete

How to use the Email Designer editor

The Email Designer editor lets you customize templates by editing images, colors, fonts, and layouts before inserting them into an email.

Insert a template into an email

Click Insert template to insert your completed template into your email.

NOTE. When you insert a template, the email composer switches to Email Designer mode. Any existing email content, inline attachments, or signatures in the message body will be replaced by the template. The To and Subject fields will remain unchanged.

IMPORTANT. In the Email Designer mode, you cannot edit or add to the body of the email. You can only edit the Email Designer template itself.
