Create and manage Titan email signatures

Titan Email Signatures allow you to create and manage professional email signatures using a template or a custom design. You can customize your signature and set separate default signatures for new emails, replies, and forwards.

This article explains how to create and manage your email signature in Titan. An email signature is automatically appended to your outgoing emails and can include information such as your name, company, and contact details.

Accessing signature settings

In Titan Webmail, you can access the signature settings using either of the following methods.

From the App Switcher 

  1. Select the App Switcher icon in the top-left corner. 
  2. Click Signature Designer in the App Switcher menu. 

From Preferences 

  1. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner. 
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Click Signatures in the left sidebar. 

 

Creating a signature using a Titan template

Create a Titan email signature by following the steps below.

  1. Select a template from the pre-loaded options in the Signature Designer
  2. Enter your signature details in the Fill Details tab. Your name is required, while all other fields are optional.
  3. Click Next
  4. On the Add Links tab, add any links you want to include, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or your website URL.
  5. Click Next
  6. Upload a profile picture, company logo, or campaign banner on the Upload tab. 
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click Save.

Your signature is ready to use. 

 

Customising a signature

To create a signature from scratch, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner of Titan Webmail
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Signatures in the left sidebar.
  4. Click Add Signature.
  5. Enter a name to help you identify this signature later.
  6. Use the formatting toolbar to style your signature.
    • Text style: Use this feature to apply bold, italic, or underline formatting to your text.
    • Hyperlinks: Use this to insert links to your website or social media profiles.
    • Logo: Use this to insert your company logo.
  7. Click Save

Your signature now appears in your list of saved signatures. 

 

Managing saved signatures

After you create one or more signatures, they appear in the Signature list. From there, you can perform the following actions:

  • Delete a signature: Click the Trash icon next to it to delete a signature
  • Create or add a signature: Click Add Signature in the top-right corner to create or add another signature.
  • Set a default signature:
    1. Go to Signature defaults section.
    2. Select the dropdown for the scenario you want (new emails, replies, or forwards)
    3. Select the signature name.

Your default signature is automatically added to outgoing emails based on the selected scenario.

 

Adding a signature to an email

To save a signature while composing an email, follow the steps below.

  1. In the email composer, click the Signature icon located next to the emoji icon in the bottom toolbar.
  2. Choose the signature you want to use.

The signature appears at the bottom of your email and is included in the message sent to the recipient.

 

Setting up a signature on the Titan mobile app

Signatures are automatically synced across Titan Webmail and all devices where you use Titan. Follow the steps below to create, edit, and manage signatures in the Titan mobile app.

  1. Open the Titan mobile app.
  2. Select the Settings icon in the bottom navigation.
  3. Select Signatures.
  4. Choose Add to create a new signature.
  5. Enter your signature text. You can format it using basic text styles, such as bold or italics, or paste an existing signature.
  6. Select Save.
