How To Set Up and Manage Credit Card Payments for Auto-Renewals

This guide explains how to set up and manage credit card payments for auto‑renewals in your Crazy Domains account. By the end, you’ll understand how to assign a primary credit card, manage auto‑renew settings, and ensure your products renew without interruption.

How auto‑renew payments work

To keep your services active, all products with auto‑renew enabled must be linked to a valid credit card. Each account requires a primary credit card, which is used by default for all auto‑renewing products.

If you make a purchase using a credit card for the first time, that card is automatically saved and set as your primary card. You can update or change this setting at any time after the purchase.

Adding or removing credit card

You can manage your saved credit cards from your account’s Payment Settings.

  • Credit cards used for first-time purchases are automatically saved as your primary card for auto-renewals.
  • You can change or disable the primary card used for auto‑renewals if you prefer not to use it in the future.
  • Note that removing a card may affect products that rely on it for renewal.

Refer to your payment details page to add or remove cards as needed.
