How To Update Your Notification Preferences
This guide shows you how to update your notification preferences in your Crazy Domains account. It helps you control how and when you receive account alerts, reminders, and promotional updates.
About notification preferences
By default, Crazy Domains sends notifications about your account activity, transactions, reminders, and promotions through email and phone. You can choose to turn these notifications on or off at any time based on your preferences.
How to update your notification preferences
Follow these steps to manage your notification settings:
- Go to your Account Notifications.
- Click Settings.
- Under Notification Settings, turn on or off the options you want:
- Phone Me For – Receive calls about recent purchases, renewal reminders, product information, or technical support when needed.
- Email Me For – Receive newsletters, special offers, and other updates.
Your changes are saved automatically.
Access your email notifications in account manager
All account-related transactions and reminders are also sent to the official email address linked to your account. A copy of these notifications is stored in your Account Manager for easy access.
To view your email notifications:
- Log in to your Crazy Domains Account.
- Click the Bell icon at the upper right corner.
From here, you can view your recent account notifications anytime.
