Delete a Product or Domain Name
This article explains how to delete a specific product or domain name from a Crazy Domains account. It describes the immediate consequences of deletion (service interruption and no refund when initiated by the user) and provides separate steps for deleting a domain and other products. If you no longer need a specific product or domain, you have the option to delete it in your Crazy Domains Account. However, it's important to understand that this action will immediately remove the product from your account. A deleted product will no longer work, impacting the other services it may be connected with.
IMPORTANT. Ensure you are familiar with our refund policy before initiating product deletion. Please note that no refunds are provided when you delete a product from your end. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, check our policy and contact us accordingly.
How To Delete a Domain Name
- Open the domain that you want to delete.
- On the top-left of the domain page, click on the 3-dot icon.
- Click on DELETE DOMAIN.
IMPORTANT. Carefully review the delete warning message before proceeding to delete the domain to avoid unintended consequences or irreversible actions.
- Click CONTINUE TO DELETE.

How To Delete a Product
NOTE. You can only delete a product that has a Registered or Expired status.
- Open the product that you want to delete.
- On the top-left of the product page, click on the 3-dot icon.
- Click DELETE (product name).
IMPORTANT. Carefully review the delete warning message before proceeding to delete the domain to avoid unintended consequences or irreversible actions.
- Click CONTINUE TO DELETE.
- Choose your most relevant reason for deleting the domain or product.
- Click Confirm Delete to submit your deletion request.
